Terms

Plain-language template, not legal advice. Review by a qualified attorney is recommended before relying on it. Last updated Oct 20, 2026.

These terms cover the AI Sales Builder Challenge (Nov 17–19, 2026), and its paid tickets, offered by Anthony Patton (doing business as eyecrackcodes), 2850 34th St N #1265, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 ("I", "me"). By registering or buying, you agree to them.

1. The free challenge

Three live online sessions, Tue–Thu Nov 17–19, 2026, 7:00–8:30 PM CT, held in the free eyecrackcodes AI Lab on Skool. Free replays are available for 24 hours after each session. Dates or times may change for reasons outside my control; if they do, I'll email registrants.

2. Paid tickets (VIP $47, Builder $97, Hot Seat $197)

3. Other programs

Any coaching program offered during the challenge has its own terms, shown to you before you buy. Those terms add to these.

4. What you build

You own the tools you build. Starter files and templates I provide are licensed to you for your own and your clients' use; please don't resell them as a course or template pack. My slides, recordings and course materials remain mine.

5. Your responsibilities, especially for AI calling

You're responsible for how you use what you build. Calling or texting people with AI or automated tools is regulated (for example, the TCPA, state telemarketing and recording-consent laws, do-not-call rules and AI-disclosure rules). Only call people who have given the required consent, and get your own legal advice. Third-party services (xAI, Twilio, n8n, Cloudflare and others) bill you directly under their own terms.

6. Conduct

Be respectful in the chat and community. I may remove anyone who harasses others, spams or shares private materials, without a refund of free access (paid ticket refunds still follow section 2).

7. Recordings and features

Live sessions are recorded. If you speak or share your screen, you may appear in replays. I'll only feature your build, name, voice or face in marketing with your written consent.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

Education and software templates are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the product concerned.

9. Governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Contact me first at eyecrackcodes@gmail.com; most problems can be fixed with an email.
