Privacy policy
This policy covers ai-sales-builder-challenge.pages.dev, the AI Sales Builder Challenge and related emails, run by Anthony Patton (doing business as eyecrackcodes), 2850 34th St N #1265, St. Petersburg, FL 33713. Contact: eyecrackcodes@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Registration: first name, email, your role (rep, manager, owner, other) and the source of the link you clicked (for example "youtube").
- Purchases: Stripe processes payments. I receive your name, email, billing country or address as needed, and what you bought. I never see or store your full card number.
- Applications (for any coaching program): the answers you submit, and a phone number only if you choose to give one.
- Email activity: my email provider (MailerLite) records opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
- Attendance: whether you joined a live session (for example, by clicking an "I'm here" check-in link).
- Basic technical data: the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
How I use it
- To send the challenge emails, reminders, replays and offers you signed up for
- To deliver what you bought and handle refunds and support
- To understand which channels bring people in, and to improve the challenge
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
I don't sell or rent your personal information. I don't send text messages for this challenge.
Who processes it
MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Skool (the community where the challenge runs, under Skool's own privacy policy), and Google (if you fill in a Google Form or use calendar links). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Email eyecrackcodes@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information. I'll respond within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Retention and security
I keep registration data while you're subscribed, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Access is limited to my accounts with these providers.
Children
The challenge is for adults (18+). I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date above.
